Instant Technology Chief Operating Officer Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Recognized for experience in technology recruiting, sales, management, training, development, operations, and strategy
CHICAGO, IL, March 3, 2010 – Elizabeth DeFazio, recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Instant Technology, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in business management.
Ms. DeFazio has been with Instant Technology for eight years. As the COO, she is in charge of managing all operations including the recruitment of technical professionals for different industries, supervising more than 30 internal employees, and maintaining relationships with more than 100 technical consultants. She is currently accountable for leading sales, recruiting, and operations for Instant Technology’s Chicago and Washington DC offices. Under Ms. DeFazio’s leadership, the firm flourished from $1 million dollars in sales to over $16 million in sales in less than five years. She had previously worked as the National Director of Sales and Training for a global staffing firm.
In 1994, Ms. DeFazio received her Master's Degree in Psychology from Canisius College. She is a member of the COO Forum and the Global Technical Recruiters Network.
