Rona Borre – President and CEO
Rona Borre, Founder, President and CEO, of Instant Technology began her career in the Information Technology recruiting industry as a technical recruiter (in 1996) for a global recruiting firm. She quickly worked her way up through the company and became the top gross selling sales representative in the history of the company. She built and ran a 30 million dollar book of business before venturing out on her own to establish Instant Technology. Since founding Instant Technology in 2001 (a City of Chicago and State of Illinois Women-owned Business Enterprise), the company has consistently doubled in total revenue and net income the first five years in business. Rona received her BS in Business from University of Arizona. |

Elizabeth DeFazio – Vice President, Sales and Operations
Elizabeth DeFazio has over 15 years of experience in technology recruiting, sales, management, training, development, operations, and strategy. Before joining Instant Technology, she was the top-producing recruiter for an international recruiting firm. She served as the National Director of Sales and Training where she was responsible for launching over 13 branches in the US and Canada. As a seasoned veteran of start-ups, she was recruited to Instant Technology in 2003 to grow the business. Under Elizabeth’s leadership, the firm flourished from $1 million to over $16 million in sales in less than five years. Elizabeth is currently accountable for leading sales, recruiting, and daily operations for the Chicago and Washington DC offices. She received her Master’s degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Science from the University of New York at Buffalo. |

Michael Gurican – Sales Manager
Michael Gurican joined Instant Technology in 2005 as an Account Manager and quickly became Instant Technology’s top producer. Before college, Michael served 4 years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where he received several letters of Commendation and a meritorious advancement. Following an honorable discharge, he enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he graduated with a double concentration in Marketing & Management and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. Michael serves as the Sales Manager for our Chicago office and manages our growing sales team servicing all of our Chicago-based customers.

Kevin McNeela – Recruiting Manager
Kevin McNeela joined Instant Technology in 2006 as a Technical Recruiter. Kevin served as a Financial Analyst at WorldCom before being recruited to Instant Technology. Prior to WorldCom, Kevin worked in Enterprise Software Sales for GoMembers.com in which he was one of the top producers for the company. Kevin currently serves as the Recruiting Manager for our Chicago based office in which he handles all recruiting operations, processes and functions. Kevin received his BA in Economics from the University of Illinois.

Richard Lee – Chief Financial Officer
Richard Lee is Chief Financial Officer of Instant Technology, where he is responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting and other day-to-day finance and management functions. As a seasoned professional, Richard has an extensive experience in corporate finance and corporate development. Prior to Instant Technology, Richard led M&A and partnership activities for Orbitz, as a member of Cendant Strategic Development Group. Richard also served as its B2B Division Controller. Prior to Orbitz, Richard served as a Principal Consultant with Diamond Technology Partners, a global management and technology consulting firm. Prior to entering the professional services arena, Richard served for six years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. Richard holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and studied the European Monetary Union with WHU in Germany. He also earned MA Economics and MPA from the University of Oklahoma during his time in the service and completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, receiving a BS in Civil Engineering.
